Camping - Family camping two times per year (Fall and Spring)

The Camping list is a recommendation only. Not all of the items are necessary.
Pinewood Derby - The boys are given their Pinewood Derby kits by the Pack in December. They create their cars and race them in January.
- Pinewood Derby Rules* (revised 12/06)
Blue & Gold Banquet - Celebration of Lord Baden-Powell's birthday (the creator of Boy Scouts). The boys receive their rank badges and other awards at this banquet.
Scout Fair - Held yearly at the Reliant Center. Scouts from all over the Sam Houston Area Council come to make presentations, demonstrations, crafts and food. The boys can also earn achievements and electives.
Popcorn Sale - Fall fund raiser
Twilight Camp - Held annually the second and third week of June. An opportunity to get a head start towards achievements and electives. Also, the boys can earn the coveted BB-Gun and Archery Belt Loops.
